Attorney Michael Haddad was born and raised in Southern California. Michael grew up in a small town, working in his father’s family restaurant into his adulthood. Throughout Michaels life, he knew he wanted to fight for people’s rights. Michael decided he would do this by becoming a trial lawyer.
Michael made a big move and moved to Boston to attend Law school in 2019. There, he grew his understanding of the legal system in the United States. Michael became President of multiple organizations on campus and attended his national mock trial two times representing his campus. Michael maintained academic honors the entirety of his Law school career and won the award for best student advocate in litigation.
Michael graduated in 2022 and moved his life to Texas. He passed the bar and started his legal career as a prosecutor. Michael knew that if he wanted to fight the system, he had to know the ins and outs of how that system operated. This led Michael to work for the Harris County District Attorney’s office for 3 years. Michael uses this unique experience now to advocate for his clients. He understands how to best fight the State of Texas and gain a favorable result for his clients. As a Defense attorney, Michael has already obtained many dismissals and favorable results for all of his clients and is ready to fight for you!

Ian Timmons is an experienced defense attorney and skilled trial lawyer.
The first lawyer in his family, Ian grew up in a working-class home with parents who instilled in him a strong work ethic, Christian values, and a desire to help people in need. Ian grew up in Queens, New York City before moving to Washington state where he began college at only 13 years old.
Ian graduated from the University of Washington when he was 18. Ian would go on to spend several years working and gaining life experience before attending law school at the University of Arizona. After graduating at the top of his law school class, Ian took the bar exam in Texas, scoring within the top 1% of test takers. Ian then secured a position with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office where he worked in the trial bureau and as an intake prosecutor. As an intake prosecutor Ian was responsible for evaluating cases presented to the district attorney’s office by law enforcement officers. In doing so, Ian reviewed thousands of criminal cases, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of each case before making a final charging decision. Ian would go on to serve as a prosecutor in Fort Bend, where he would work in the domestic violence division as a prosecutor specializing in family violence crimes.
Ian uses the skills and experience he developed over his career as a prosecutor to serve his clients. Ian thoroughly investigates the prosecutor’s case, obtaining all of the evidence collected by police, interviewing witnesses, and predicting the prosecutor’s strategy. Ian will find and attack every weakness in the prosecutor’s case to secure dismissals, trial wins, and the best possible outcomes for his clients.
